About the artworks
How can I buy the artworks seen on your website ?
You can place an order when clicking on the artwork image listed under “Artworks” and proceed to the next page.
Click the “ORDER” button, enter your name and email address, and send us an email. We will reply within three business days regarding stock availability. If the artwork is available for purchase, we will inform you of the total amount (including shipping costs for international orders).
q1. Can I view the artworks in person?
A1. Yes. You can visit our gallery located at J6Front 8F, 6-12-20 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Visits are by appointment only from Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
Q2. Can you recommend an artwork based on my space?
A2. Yes, our specialized coordinators will consult with you to propose artworks that best complement your space.
Q3. Are the artworks handwritten?
A3. Yes, all pieces are original, one-of-a-kind handwritten artworks.
Q4. Do the prices include framing (mounting & matting)?
A4. Yes, the prices include framing and mounting.
Q5. Do you provide certificate of authencity ?
A5. All the artworks are delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
Q6. Can I try displaying multiple artworks before deciding?
A6. Yes, if you are considering an artwork with a total frame size of 150 cm or more, we can arrange for an in-space preview within the Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama).
Custom made order
Q1. Can I request a custom-made artwork?
A1. Yes, we accept custom orders. You can specify the characters, size, and framing design. The standard production time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
Q2. Can we custom the framing of the artworks ?
A2. Yes, we do framing customization according to what is possible in Japan. Our expert designers will propose a frame design that matches your preferences (Please note there are additional fees for the framing customization. Framing process is about 3 to 4 weeks).
Q3. Can I have my logo handwritten by one calligrapher ?
A3. Yes, we create logos based on your desired image for company names, store names, product branding, and more.

International Shipping:
Costs vary depending on size and destination. The amount will be communicated via email. (Carrier: DHL) Import duties may apply depending on the country.
Q1. Do you offer gift wrapping and decorative envelopes?
A1. Yes, we provide this service upon request (free of charge). However, for artworks with a total frame size exceeding 120 cm, wrapping is not available.
Q2. Can you assist with artwork installation?
A2. Yes, installation services are available within the Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama). Installation fees vary based on artwork size and location.

Returns & Exchanges policy
If the artwork is damaged, please contact moji@carremoji.jp within seven days of receipt. We will cover return shipping costs and arrange for repair or exchange. However, if you notify us after eight days or if the damage was caused by the customer, repair or exchange fees will apply.
Returns:
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons. However, unused artworks may be returned within seven days of receipt. In such cases, customers are responsible for return shipping and reshipping costs.
